  Namco has released the first Tales of Phantasia game for free on iOS devices in the US. While the free app will include the complete game, Namco has announced optional in-app purchases for in game items, stat boosts, and checkpoints. Liberation Maiden by Level-5 gets worldwide release for iOS

The 3DS game Liberation Maiden (Kaiho Shojo) by Level-5 will get an iOS release worldwide. The shooter game was produced by Goichi Suda (No More Heroes, Lollipop Chainsaw) of Grasshopper Manufacture, and animation was done by anime studio BONES. The collaboration was for the Guild01 game collection, and was released last year for Nintendo's eShop. The game is 600 yen, or US $4.99.
