Ice vikings love kittens! – reddit repost
and alot of it.
Ah, so that would explain the beachgoers in the background wearing shorts and engaging in other warm weather activities.
It's only December; it's still shorts weather in Manitoba.
-25 Celcius? Yeah, I could go for a slurpee right about now.
Sand Viking here to confirm. this is me. most defiantly not ice.
Are you issued kittens in Valhalla?
Why is no one remarking at how absolutely amazing this sculpture is… I mean aside from the fact that it has a mythical viking whose power is to befriend fluffy kitties… this is an amazing sand sculpture.
The best sand sculpture I've ever made was a physically deformed mutant turtle thing.
I'm with you on this one my friend this is certainly the most amazing sculpture I've ever seen. A true redditors sculpture. Lookat all teh kittehs!!
Well, the Vikings did love kitties. The Goddess Freyja's chariot was pulled by two cats, and whenever there was a wedding the new couple were traditionally gifted with a kitten as one of the necessities for any household.
Well from what I remember the kitten was given in freyja's name to pledge eternal love in her name, as a symbol of the goddess of love. Also, it helped with killing rats and mice around the house, but giving a kitten as a pledge of love is something I think redditors would love.
