Fluffiest anime this season! Gingitsune gadget anime review [7.5/10]
Gingitsune: Messenger Fox of the Gods – Gadget Anime Review
Gingitsune: Messenger Fox of the Gods follows the everyday life of Makoto Saeki, who is the 15th successor to her family’s shrine. As a result, Makoto is able to see Gintaro, a messenger of the gods who is the spirit of a sacred silver fox and has lived at the shrine for over 350 years. As a messenger of the gods, Gintaro has the ability to see into the future, and uses it to help Makoto only when she is truly in need. This is the story of friendship between a delicate teenager and a shy and stubborn messenger of the gods.

The first episode was very well done, with most of the characters being properly introduced. The main character was pure and idealistic while being opportunistic, which is very fitting for her age. The opening sequences shows more characters that will probably be joining the cast, so I am excited to see how the story will change.
I think that the biggest draw for this anime is Gintaro’s fluffiness! His character design is not very deformed, but with his cool voice acting and the animator’s attention to details such as his tail waving or his ears twitching, animal fans will definitely enjoy this anime!
Great fox anime 10
This is the story of a gruff messenger fox and the high-school girl/shrine heiress. The fox is more gangster than messenger of the gods, though!
Gin-san is voiced very well and super cool! It’s also cute how he’s weak to dogs and a bit of a tsun-dere.
The main character is a good girl, and the annoying girl is annoying, and the father is very nice! Together with the music, the atmosphere is very warm and fun to watch!
When I first saw the main character on the website I thought she was cute, and my instincts weren’t wrong! Gintaro the fox is cute as well. A messenger of the gods that is afraid of dogs and dodges cars is cute. The anime reminded me of a Ghibli movie, especially with how natural the fantasy feels. I think kids would have fun watching this anime too. It was a great last episode! Thanks!

Kotoura-san Kiss 10
A warm story about a shrine maiden and the messenger of the gods. It feels like a mix of Kotoura-san and Kamisama Kiss, with maybe some Natsume Yujin-cho. The main character seems a bit naive for a high-schooler so I’m a bit worried for her, and I think Gintaro feels the same way I do. The anime is very warm overall, so I recommend it as a relaxing anime. I want to pet the fox.
I love anime from the 90s and 00s, voice actors, and idol units. I haven’t watched anime recently so I’m easing my way back in.
I’m an anime otaku gangster hiding in the dark and damp corners of the industry and doing my thing!
I watch a lot of anime that is popular online.
